At Lojas Dufins, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition.

  Ship the Items

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
